A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to receive a refund.

A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to receive a credit of class.

Less than 24 hours results in a forfeited payment for casual payments.

If the class has been booked with a class pass then this pass can be transferred to another class within 4 weeks, regardless of notice period.

All refunds result in a $5 processing fee.

Day Retreats

No refunds given, bookings are transferrable to a friend

Overnight Retreats

Require a minimum of 8 weeks notice to receive a refund, minus any booking fee and minus the deposit amount (regardless if purchase was made in full or on a payment plan)

24 hours notice is required to receive a full refund/no payment required.

Less than 24 hours notice results in a 50% payment.

If any class/event/service is cancelled (venue cancellation, business restriction, or teacher is unwell) then a full refund or credit of service is offered.

As much notice as possible will be given and notification will come via email.
