Rest & Restore classes can be transferred to another date, no refunds are given.

If the class has been booked with a class pass then this pass can be transferred to another class within 4 weeks, regardless of notice period.

All refunds result in a $5 processing fee.

Day Retreats

Overnight Retreats

Kinglake Retreat: Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Booking Deposit: This fee covers non-recoverable administrative costs and our fixed venue and facilitator commitments, which are non-negotiable regardless of attendance numbers.

• Cancellations (8+ Weeks Notice): You will receive a refund of all funds paid, minus the $300 non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations (4–8 Weeks Notice): You will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

• Cancellations (Less than 4 Weeks Notice): Cancellations made within 28 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, as all catering, facilitator fees, and accommodation have been finalized.

• Transfer Your Spot: If you are unable to attend, you may gift or sell your spot to another person at no extra cost, provided you notify us of the change at least 72 hours before the retreat.

24 hours notice is required to receive a full refund/no payment required.

Less than 24 hours notice results in a 50% payment.

If any class/event/service is cancelled (venue cancellation, business restriction, or facilitator is unwell) then a full refund or credit of service is offered.

As much notice as possible will be given and notification will come via email.
