Women’s Wellness Retreats – Kinglake 2027

Immersive, heart-centred retreats held in the beautiful Kinglake bushland. These intimate women-only gatherings offer a deeply supportive space to reconnect with yourself and others through spinal energetics, gentle yoga and movement, embodiment practices, nature connection, and a range of healing modalities.

For the 7th year we return to this sacred land on two different weekends in 2027 — one in the heart-opening energy of Autumn, and one in the deep, quiet restoration of Winter.

“My weekend at Kinglake was a deeply restorative experience. Kirsty held the space with her warmth and wisdom, supported by co-facilitators who enriched each activity with care and creativity. I left feeling grounded, inspired, and truly seen.”

— Sharon (Retreat 2025)

I’m delighted to invite you to join me for two beautiful retreats in 2027:

May 14–16, 2027

Heart-opening, grounded and graceful energy. This autumn weekend supports deep surrender, divine feminine grace, authentic connection, and joyful transformation — perfect for opening your heart and welcoming what wants to emerge.

August 27–29, 2027

Deep, quiet, and introspective winter energy. This weekend supports profound inner connection, heart healing, nervous system restoration and gentle surrender — ideal for deep nourishment in the heart of winter.

“I felt so held, supported and most importantly safe by you and the wider group. I felt truly seen by you… I feel stronger and lighter and took away a lot from the weekend.”

— April 2026 Retreat Participant

These retreats are created and hosted by Kirsty Saunders with a deep commitment to holding a safe, intimate and nurturing space. Each gathering is intentionally crafted to support you to slow down, soften, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with the land.

Please be aware that retreat weekends (May & August) differ slightly in the program and guest facilitators (TBA)

Kirsty Saunders - Spinal Energetics Practitioner, Retreat Facilitator, Intuitive Healer, Yoga & Meditation Teacher with over 15 years experience in the Health and Wellbeing sector.

“I’m feeling lighter and clearer than I have in years, maybe ever. Thank your from my soul, please never stop your amazing work and never for a moment forget the changes you are making to each of us.”

— Heather (Retreat 2025)

Connection.

At the heart of these retreats is connection — with yourself, with others, and with the land.

In our intimate circle, you are invited to be truly seen and held, just as you are. Many women share how deeply healing it feels to finally drop the masks they carry in daily life and be witnessed in their truth.

There is a powerful sense of safety and belonging that develops over the weekend. What one woman moves through often resonates with others, gently reminding us that we are never truly alone.

You leave with a deeper sense of connection to yourself and a profound remembering of the interconnection we all share.

Spinal Energetics.

Spinal Energetics is woven gently throughout the weekend.

This powerful yet deeply nurturing modality helps the body release stored tension, emotion and old patterns — not through force, but through safety and deep listening.

Working with the spine, nervous system and energetic field, Spinal Energetics supports your body to reorganise itself naturally. As your system feels safe and held, it becomes more able to process and integrate what has been stored — physically, emotionally and energetically.

You don’t need to understand it all for it to work. Many women describe feeling lighter, more spacious, and more at home in their bodies after these sessions — often in ways they can’t quite explain.

Throughout the retreat you will experience:

•  A clear demonstration of Spinal Energetics

•  Group healing sessions where the collective field amplifies the work

•  The option to book a private 1:1 session with Kirsty (additional cost)

There is no pushing. No forcing. Only gentle allowing. Your body already knows what it needs — we simply create the conditions.

Movement.

Movement invites a gentle return home to the body.

We move intuitively and slowly, guided by breath and deep listening. We allow the body to lead — creating space for stored emotions, tension, and old stories held in the tissues to gently soften and shift.

This is not about performance or flexibility. It is about permission. Permission to feel. Permission to move in a way that feels authentic to you.

In these moments of embodied presence, many women reconnect with parts of themselves they had long forgotten — joy, grief, power, and tenderness — all met with compassion and care.

We also spend time outdoors in the beautiful Kinglake bushland, including a gentle guided walk to Masons Falls, deepening our connection to nature and supporting the integration of everything we experience during the retreat.

“Full of healing energy, safety from everyone and a compassion and acceptance that can not be described, only felt because it ran so deep and connected to what i needed to connect with that weekend. It made me feel relaxed and peaceful and grounded. Exactly what i needed.” Lisa (Retreat 2025)

“I felt supported, nourished and valued through my retreat experience, and loved the balance of quality experiences on offer that supported me to rest, to reflect, to release, to connect, to be witnessed, to receive, …energetically, physically and emotionally” Jodie (Retreat 2025)

Group Ethos & Safety

Every retreat holds a like-hearted energy created by the women who gather. This sense of safety arises from presence, respect, and compassion — for ourselves, for each other, and for the process.

You will be gently supported to meet any feelings of vulnerability. You are encouraged to listen to your body and honour your own needs, participating only in what feels right for you.

Please take time to read our Group Ethos and Safety Agreement before booking, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
