I consent to the use of essential oils, coconut oil, sage and palo santo

I consent to hands on touch and adjustments from the teacher where appropriate in the classes (Reiki balance, posture adjustment)

A light afternoon tea and a communal dinner will be provided. Please advise of any dietary requirements including any milk preference and dinner drink preference.
