Catering

A vegetarian lunch and a selection of herbal teas will be provided at Wellspring Warburton. For those who have booked dinner we will enjoy a Yarra Valley grazing platter (Veg) at the Alpine Hotel. Please provide information on any dietary requirements e.g. gluten free, allergies/intolerances etc.

Optional Massage Appointment (additional cost)

On-site massages at Wellspring Warburton are offered with a local Massage Therapist & Energy Healer for an additional cost of $100/55min. Payment to be made at the appointment by EFT or cash. NOTE: These appointments are optional and will take place during the retreat program. Please refer to retreat program when deciding on your appointment time. First in for appointment times. The list of available times will be updated as people book. Saturday 12.35pm 1.40pm 2.45pm 3.50pm Please indicate your preferred time below

Injuries / Body Ailments

Please provide information on any relevant injuries or conditions which may impact your movement and Yoga practice (for example but not limited to: blood pressure, muscular, skeletal, pregnancy)

Public Liability

I understand I am fully responsible for my own body and I take personal responsibility to participate in a way which looks after my body

I consent to hands on touch from the teacher to adjust postures and receive Reiki and energy healing

I consent to photography and videography throughout the retreat which may be shared on social media platforms
