Energy Healings

These sessions intend to connect you deeply to all parts of your Self, as you are held in a sacred heart energy to:

• shift stagnant energy and old patterns

• connect with and bring in qualities and energies which align to your intention and support balance in the body

You are gently guided through the journey- no prior experience or knowledge is needed for these sessions. Just an open heart and an intention of how you would like to feel or what you would like to shift.

We will use your intention as the foundation to connect & balance your physical, emotional, mental and energy body.

Essential oils, breath, Reiki, meditation, Chakra work, sound and crystals are some of the remedies used. The modality of Spinal Energetics can also be included within a intuitive energy healing session.

You will be guided and supported the whole journey as you relax into the receiving and releasing of the healing.

All sessions are unique based on what your intention is and what is present for your body and heart.

These are 1 hour sessions and include a take home essential oil or meditation audio.

Your investment:

• $120 for an individual session

• $310 for a group of 3 sessions (valid 4 months)

Location: Wellness Centre in Seaford (confirmed on appointment booking)
