Retreats with Kirsty Saunders

I create intimate, immersive retreats that offer a deeply supportive space to reconnect with yourself — through your body, your energy, and the wisdom that lives within you.

Whether you’re seeking rest, reconnection, energetic processing and integration, gentle movement, nature, or heartfelt community, each retreat is held with care, presence and intention. Everyone is welcomed exactly as they are and given the space to feel seen and nurtured.

“The deepest medicine is being truly seen”
