My name is Kirsty.
Built on a foundation of authenticity, connection and safety, my work provides a sanctuary where you feel held, witnessed, and supported. You are guided to reconnect with the deeper aspects of self to engage the body’s innate capacity to support its own healing.
People experience emotional and physical shifts such as deeper presence, feeling lighter, a sense of clarity, system regulation, self knowing and changes in physical tension.

My credentials: Yoga teacher (2012), Reiki practitioner, Spinal Energetics practitioner (2022), Retreat facilitator (since 2021) With a Bachelor of Health Promotion (2005) and over 15 years’ experience working in Public Health across multiple sectors in Australia and the UK.
