My name is Kirsty Saunders, your Energy Therapist.
I am a level 2 accredited Spinal Energetics practitioner, Yoga teacher, meditation guide and retreat facilitator. I have a Bachelor Degree in Health Promotion and over 15 years experience supporting adults and children to enhance their wellbeing. You can read more about me HERE.
Authenticity, connection and compassion is foundational to the work I offer. It’s always such an honour to hold a space for people which invites them to really feel held, witnessed and supported. It gives them the opportunity, and permission, to surrender into their deepest connection and relationship and to met what is truly present for them.
